A one-off consultation is where we arrange a time at your convenience to link up online or over the phone - distance and timezone are no barrier..We have a case study of how a UK fiancé visa consultation worked for one of our clients if you would like to see their story.

Our consultation service covers:

- the applicant's immigration history to the UK, 
- what their intended purpose is and exploring some of the options available, 
- specific aspects or questions that you have about the UK immigration rules and regulations as they relate to you, 
- taking a holistic view of where your most likely route starts - and ends - and drawing up a plan towards that. 

Consultations can also be used for: 

- addressing any questions you have about an application you're making,
- talking you through how to apply for the visa you need,
- discussing best-fit visa options for your business or organisational activities.

Basic Consultations cover questions you may have with clients taking their own notes and key points away from the discussion.

Standard Consultations includes a case-specific written summary, outlining our discussion and giving further information, links and guidance relevant to your situation which you can refer to as you move forward, including document checklists and process maps.

Our Basic Consultation includes:
  • a one-to-one or multi-person online meeting up to 30 minutes.
  • initial, one-off advice and options on your situation.

  • a one-to-one or multi-person online meeting up to 1 hour.
  • initial, one-off advice and options on your situation.
  • written advice, including links for further information, document checklists, process maps and other guidance to help you plan your application.​

Arranging a Consultation | Step by Step

1. Get in touch
The first step is to get in touch. Send us an email at [email protected], call us on 0800-086-2468 or fill in our contact form with as much information as possible about what you would like to discuss. Feel free to include any questions you have. 

2. Terms and Conditions - Client Care, Privacy and Terms and Conditions
As a regulated adviser, all actionable advice or services provided must be done so under contracted agreement.

We will issue you with a client care agreement - which sets out the basis of our engagement, the fee involved, a brief overview of your case and details of our regulation with the OISC.

It also includes our Privacy Policy (how we handle and secure your data) and our Terms and Conditions. 

3. Call 
We'll agreed on a date, time and location for the consultation - either on the phone, over video or call formats like Zoom, Skype, Facetime or Whatsapp. 

Please note - all our services are virtual - we do not offer in-person appointments or walk-in services at our registered address.

4. Summary
For Basic Consulation clients, we recommend you take your own notes during the conversation. If you want to check anything out, we are always happy to discuss any aspects you're unclear on within 5 days of the consultation. In most cases, we will send on some information to some starting-point information or guidance of which you should be aware. 

For Standard Consultation clients, following the consultation, we will write up an overview of what was discussed - it will normally summarise the key points of advice provided and can include links or attachments to detailed personalised information and recommendations relevant to your situation. This is normally within 48-72 hours, but occasionally, a matter might require further research in which case, we'll let you know if it will take longer to provide you with our full written response. Once we have forwarded this to you, our work is done.
