A one-off consultation allows us to meet online or by phone at a time that suits you. Distance and time zones are not a barrier. For a real-life example, we also have a case study that demonstrates how a UK fiancée visa consultation worked for one of our clients.
A consultation can cover:

Please note: All services are delivered remotely. I do not offer in-person appointments or walk-in services at the registered office address.

Our Basic Consultation includes:

▪ Initial, one-off advice on your situation and the options available.
A Basic Consultation is a focused session designed to give clear, direct answers to your key questions and provide practical guidance for your next steps.
Our Standard Consultation includes:
▪ A one-to-one or multi-person online meeting of up to 60 minutes.
▪ Initial, one-off advice on your situation and the options available.
▪ Written advice, including links and guidance to help you plan and prepare your application.
A Standard Consultation goes a step further. You receive tailored, practical advice, a detailed written summary you can rely on, and the opportunity to ask follow-up questions to help you move forward with confidence.
Clients who proceed with a full Application Service within six months of a standard consultation will have the consultation fee credited toward the service fee.

Arranging a Consultation | Step by Step

To begin, contact me by email at [email protected] or use the online contact form to outline your UK immigration enquiry .
Please provide as much detail as possible about your circumstances and what you need help with. While I assist with most UK visa, settlement and citizenship matters, there are areas I cannot advise on, including asylum or human rights applications, appeals, or intervening in an application that is already in progress.
You are welcome to include questions about eligibility, visa options or how my services work. I aim to respond promptly and will advise on the most appropriate next step, including providing access to my booking calendar where a consultation is suitable.
2. Client Agreement, Privacy and Terms
As a regulated UK immigration adviser, I can only provide case-specific advice once a client agreement is in place.
You will receive a client care agreement that outlines the scope of work, the fixed fee, an overview of your case, and confirmation of my regulation with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). It also includes my Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, explaining how your data is handled and how the service operates.
3. Consultation appointment
Once instructed, we will arrange a consultation by phone or video. I work exclusively online, allowing me to support clients across the UK and internationally with flexibility and continuity.
Consultations are delivered using secure platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet or Teams or by phone if you provide me with your contact number.
Please note that I do not offer in-person or walk-in appointments at the registered office.
4. Summary of advice
For Basic Consultations, clients are encouraged to take notes, and a recording can be provided on request.
For Standard Consultations, you receive a written summary outlining the key advice, relevant UK immigration rules, and any practical steps required. This may include links, tailored guidance and a document checklist to help you prepare your visa application. I am available for follow-up questions received within five working days of the consultation.
In either case, a consultation is a one-off service and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide further immigration advice, assistance or representation beyond the appointment.
It also does not include future updates on changes to the rules, fees or guidance that may affect your situation. If you need further support at a later stage, you are always welcome to get back in touch, and we can discuss the most suitable service.
