- Clients – data processing is based on our contractual obligation under the client care agreement.
- Website Inquiries – if you contact us via our website, we process your data based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- Third-Party Data Providers – if your data is supplied by an employer, financial sponsor, or education provider, it is processed under legitimate interest to support the immigration application.

5. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Visa and immigration applications – including UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) submissions.
- Liaising with immigration authorities – such as the Home Office, embassies, and visa centers.
- Regulatory and legal compliance – as required under UK immigration laws.

We do not use data for marketing purposes.
