We are happy to initially communicate with clients via email or a phone call to assess your starting point, answer questions you have about our services and discuss timescales. 

For insurance and regulatory purposes, case-specific advice related to your circumstances or other services is only provided under the contract. We can also provide you with a detailed quote for you to go ahead with our assistance.

We are unable to provide pro-bono work or legal aid.

Consultation

Any case-specific advice - that is, where we apply the rules to your specific set of circumstances or answer detailed questions about the process as it relates to your case - is provided as a consultation. This is a one-to-one session delivered online with a recording of the session on request or written summary of key poingts with further links for standard consultation clients.

Basic Consultation	£100/up to 30mins A Basic Consultation is perfect for quick, specific questions or a very general headline overview of the options in play. It's ideal for situations in which clients already have an idea of what they need to do, but want to check these with an expert.
Standard ​Consultation	£150/up to 45mins  A Standard Consultation is intended for a detailed discussion of your situation and options, laying out the roadmap to making the application and getting into specifics such as documents required, processes and procedures and giving you a written summary that you can refer to in future.

An Application Review is an affordable service with a quick turnaround for those who have the confidence to put together their own UK visa application - gather their documents and complete their own forms - but want an expert review of it before clicking 'submit'.

Fees do not include UKVI application fees, user-pay services for UKVI or third party organisations providing visa application facilitation overseas, biometric enrolment administration fees, immigration health surcharge or visa centre costs payable as part of the application.

Full costs of the visa application process will be explained as part of the advice in your terms of engagement. 

• Full payment is required at the start of our service to you and pre-payments are held in a client account until the completion of your case. VAT is not charged.
• ​Our fee is for Walkthruvisa Ltd’s professional service to prepare your application, including all or some of the following work as appropriate to the level of service you have chosen: discussion and verification of eligibility, completion of application form, checking of documents, provision of a letter summarising the application, communication on your behalf with UKVI or other relevant third parties subject to your approval (sponsoring employers or education providers), agreed ongoing availability during visa application process.
• Additional fees may be charged for engaging additional professional services such as a translator/interpreter or notary public, if required. Any engagement of professional services and fees will be explained, communicated and agreed before work is carried out.
• Where required, additional administrative costs may be incurred in our service. These are not included in our professional fees and include items such as special delivery postage or courier fees, production fees for official documentation (for example, birth certificates) or similar. Costs will be explained and agreed ahead of being incurred.
• Walkthruvisa Ltd does not make or receive payments to secure or recommend external professional services.

Fees are invoiced and are payable by direct bank transfer or via online payment.
